General

How big is the gym? 1,150 square metres across three floors (6, 7, and 8) of the iStore Building on Sukhumvit Soi 24.

Are you open every day? Yes. 06:00 to 22:00, Monday through Sunday. Reset Club runs 07:00 to 21:00 daily.

Do I need to book to come in? No, not for general gym access. Walk in any time during staffed hours. You only need to reserve for the Posing Room and for coaching sessions.

Can I get a tour first? Yes. Walk-in tours any time during staffed hours. Bring ID. We will show you all three floors.

Do you sell day passes? Yes. 500 THB UnReal Gym (Floor 6 to 7), 650 THB + Open Gym (Floor 6 to 8), 950 THB Unlimited (gym + Muay Thai). Peak season pricing (late November to early February) is slightly higher.

Can I bring a guest? Guests pay the standard day pass rate. No free guest passes.

Memberships

What are the membership tiers? Three tiers: UnReal Gym (Floor 6 to 7), + Open Gym (Floor 6 to 8), and Unlimited (full gym + Muay Thai classes). Full prices on the memberships page.

Is there a sign-up fee? No. You pay for the plan, that is it.

Do you auto-renew memberships? No. Your plan ends on its end date and you renew manually. We do not store cards or auto-bill.

Can I freeze my membership? Yes. Max 6 weeks total, or 20% of the package duration, whichever is shorter. Medical or visa freezes need documentation. Email staff@unrealgymthailand.com before your dates.

Can I get a refund? Active memberships are non-refundable. We will consider extenuating circumstances with evidence (serious medical, relocation outside Bangkok).

What is included in every plan? Towel service, Posing Room access (reserve in advance), daily locker rental (collateral for key), high-speed Wi-Fi, and monthly events and seminars.

Do members get Reset Club passes? Yes. 1 month gets 1 free Reset pass, 3 months gets 2, 6 months gets 3, 12 months gets 4. After that, members pay 350 THB per Reset day pass instead of 500.

Coaching

How do I book a coach? Contact the front desk on WhatsApp +66 97 945 5444, email staff@unrealgymthailand.com, or fill the Train With Us form. We match you with the right specialist.

How much does coaching cost? Coaching is priced per coach and per format. We are relaunching the coaching menu, so live rates are by enquiry. Sessions are sold in flexible blocks or as committed plans (2x, 3x, or 4x per week for 8, 12, or 24 weeks).

Do coaching sessions expire? Flexible plans: 10 sessions in 3 months, 20 in 6 months, 50 in 1 year. Calum's sessions expire in 90 days.

Do coaching clients get a discount on gym access? Yes. Active coaching clients can buy a day pass at 200 THB instead of 500.

Can I train with a friend in PT? Yes. Small group up to 3 people. Same coach, shared session, lower per-person cost.

Facilities

What brands of equipment do you have? GymLeco (Swedish, precision built), MaxPump, competition-grade plates and bars, specialist bars (SSB, trap, cambered), and a deliberate set of older machines we kept because no current model replicates them.

Do you have showers? Yes. Showers, soap, hair dryer, and deodorant in the changing rooms on each floor.

Do you have a sauna and ice bath? Yes. Floor 8, Reset Club. TylöHelo dry sauna at 90 degrees C (fits 12), and cold plunge tubs at 0 to 3 degrees C and 11 degrees C.

What is the Posing Room? A dedicated room with stage lighting and full-height mirrors on Floor 7. Bangkok's first. Reserve at the front desk. Free for members.

Is the gym air-conditioned? Yes. All three floors.

Do you have parking? Limited paid parking in the iStore Building. Fills up at peak times. We recommend BTS (Phrom Phong), Grab, Bolt, or motorbike taxi.

Rules and Etiquette

Is chalk allowed? Yes, on the powerlifting platforms on Floor 6. Liquid chalk only on the rest of the floors.

Can I film my training? Personal selfies and training clips: yes, fine. Filming others requires their consent (Thai PDPA law). Commercial filming needs prior written approval, 2 days in advance, max 4-person crew.

What is the dress code? Proper training attire and closed-toe shoes. No jeans, no sandals, no flip flops.

Do you have a strike policy? Yes. Three documented warnings for repeated rule violations and your membership is terminated. The most enforced rule: put your weights back.

Reset Club

Do I need to book Reset Club? No reservations. First come, first served. Walk in during Reset hours (07:00 to 21:00).

How long is a Reset session? 90 minutes per visit.

Do I have to shower before the sauna or ice bath? Yes. Mandatory. Non-negotiable.

Can non-members use Reset? Yes. Day pass is 500 THB (launch price, 650 THB normal). Members pay 350 THB or use their included free passes.

Practical

What should I bring on my first visit? Photo ID, training clothes, closed-toe shoes, water bottle. We provide towels.

Do you sell supplements? Yes. Merch and supplements at the Floor 6 reception. Protein, creatine, basic accessories. Fuel Bar for shakes.

Do you do InBody scans? Yes. Floor 7. 200 THB single, 1,000 THB for 10. Free for coaching clients and on first scan with any plan of 1 month or longer.

Do you have a women-only section? No dedicated women-only area, but we have a women's changing room on Floor 6 and a separate men's changing room on Floor 7. Female trainers (Vic, Jang) are on the coaching roster.

Can I bring my kids? Ask the front desk before bringing anyone under 16. Staff will confirm whether the visit is appropriate for the session, time, and supervision available.

Do you speak Thai and English at the front desk? Yes. Both.
