Do I need to book before visiting?
No. Walk in any time during opening hours. We don't require appointments for gym access.
Can I do a trial session?
Trial sessions are available for prospect customers who live or work within 500 metres of the gym (sufficient proof of address required). A day pass is available for everyone else, and we refund the day pass if you decide to join us.
Do you offer student or long-term discounts?
We offer savings through our 3, 6, and 12 month membership plans. These are our standard discount tiers.
Is parking available?
Yes. The iStore Building and HQ Building share a ground-level car park, free of charge. The BTS is also right there: Phrom Phong (E5), Exit 1, a 2-minute walk.
Can I freeze my membership?
Speak to our team about freeze options. We handle these case by case.
Do you offer corporate memberships?
