Ice bath Bangkok, answered

What is the ice bath at Reset Club BKK?

Reset Club BKK is the recovery club on Floor 8 of UnReal Gym, Sukhumvit Soi 24. It has three individual ice baths, a TylöHelo dry sauna for up to 12 people and a rooftop deck with views over Bangkok. You do not need a gym membership. Anyone can buy a pass.

How cold are the ice baths?

Reset Club publishes two settings: 0 to 3 degrees Celsius for a hard plunge, and 11 degrees for a milder one that suits first-timers. The system is chiller-maintained and the water is filtered and sanitised. The three baths are individual tubs, not a shared pool.

How long is a session and what do I do in it?

One Reset pass covers a 90 minute session. Most people alternate sauna and ice. The three Reset Club protocols run 1 to 5 rounds of 15 to 20 minutes of heat, 2 to 4 minutes of cold and a 10 to 15 minute rest. Protocol C is the lightest, with 1 to 2 rounds.

How much does an ice bath cost at Reset Club?

A Reset only day pass is 500 THB at the launch price, normally 650. Reset plus gym access is 750 THB at launch, normally 850. UnReal and iMUAYTHAI members pay 350 THB. Packs lower the price per visit, for example 10 passes for 4,250 THB, and they can be shared with friends.

Do I need to book the ice bath?

No reservation is needed. Reset Club is first come, first served and open 07:00 to 21:00 every day. Buy a pass at the front desk, or message the team on WhatsApp first. Late morning and early afternoon are the quieter slots.

Is it good for a first ice bath?

Yes. The 11 degree bath is the milder setting and Protocol C is the lightest routine: 1 to 2 rounds with 2 minutes in the cold. Ask at the front desk to be shown around on your first visit.

What do I need to bring?

Towels are provided, so present your ID at the desk and return the towel afterwards. There are changing rooms, showers, soap, a hair dryer and deodorant. A shower before the sauna or the ice bath is mandatory. Protein shakes from the UnReal Fuel Bar can be delivered up to Reset.

Is the ice bath safe?

Cold water is a strong stress on the body. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant or have another medical condition, speak to a doctor before using the ice baths or the sauna. Shower first, as Reset Club requires, and get out of the bath if you feel dizzy or unwell.

How do I get to the ice bath near Phrom Phong BTS?

Reset Club is on Floor 8 of the iStore Building, 51 Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Toei. It is a 2 minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS Exit 1. Search iStore Building Sukhumvit 24 on Google Maps or Grab. Open daily 07:00 to 21:00.
