Visiting and Pricing
Where is UnReal Gym Bangkok located?
UnReal Gym is at 51 iStore Building, Floor 6 to 8, Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Bangkok 10110. It is a 2-minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS, Exit 1. Search 'iStore Building Sukhumvit 24' on Google Maps or Grab.
What are UnReal Gym's opening hours?
The gym is open 06:00 to 22:00 every day, including weekends. Reset Club BKK on Floor 8 runs slightly shorter hours, 07:00 to 21:00 daily. Walk-in tours are available any time during staffed hours.
How much is a day pass at UnReal Gym?
A standard gym day pass is 500 THB. Adding Open Gym access on Floor 8 is 650 THB. The Unlimited day pass with Muay Thai access is 950 THB. Peak hour pricing (late November to early February) is slightly higher.
Do I need to book in advance to visit?
No booking is needed for general gym access. Walk in any time during 06:00 to 22:00. The posing room and personal coaching sessions are the exceptions and should be reserved in advance via reception, WhatsApp, or LINE.
Can I get a free tour before signing up?
Yes. Walk in any time during staffed hours (06:00 to 22:00) and ask the front desk for a tour. A staff member will walk you through all three floors and answer questions. No appointment needed.
What payment methods does UnReal Gym accept?
Cash, credit card, and bank transfer. All prices are listed in Thai Baht with no hidden fees. Day passes can be bought online or at reception.
Section 02
Bodybuilding and Powerlifting
Is UnReal Gym suitable for serious bodybuilders?
Yes. UnReal is bodybuilding-first by design, with two full floors dedicated to hypertrophy training, over 75 machines and stations, and a co-founder who is an IFBB Classic Physique Pro. IFBB Pros use UnReal as their Bangkok base.
Does UnReal Gym have IPF-standard powerlifting equipment?
Yes. The powerlifting cage includes two competition-grade racks, two deadlift platforms, two additional squat racks, calibrated plates, and specialist bars including SSB, trap, and cambered bars. It is one of the few central Bangkok gyms fully equipped for powerlifters.
Is there a dedicated posing room?
Yes. UnReal Gym has Bangkok's first and only dedicated posing room. It features stage-quality lighting and floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and is used by IFBB Pros and Olympians. Reservations are made at the front desk.
Can I use chalk for deadlifts and heavy lifts?
Yes. Chalk is allowed on the powerlifting platforms on Floor 6. The expectation is that you clean up after yourself. Chalk is not allowed on machines or in non-platform areas.
Does UnReal Gym offer competition prep coaching?
Yes. Bodybuilding stage prep and powerlifting meet prep are both offered, including peak week planning, posing coaching, and InBody 570 body composition tracking throughout the prep cycle.

Reset Club and Recovery
What is Reset Club BKK?
Reset Club BKK is the dedicated recovery facility on Floor 8 of UnReal Gym. It includes a TylöHelo Finnish sauna, three individual ice baths, a rooftop deck, showers, and changing rooms. It is open to members and non-members.
How cold is the Reset Club ice bath?
The ice bath system runs at 0 to 3 degrees C and 11 degrees C, chiller-maintained with filtered and sanitised water. Full body immersion is possible across the three individual cold plunge buckets.
How hot is the Reset Club sauna?
The TylöHelo sauna runs at 90 degrees C with a Finnish spruce interior. It seats up to 12 people simultaneously. Towel and sauna hat service is included.
Do I need a gym membership to use Reset Club BKK?
No. Reset Club is open to both members and non-members. A Reset-only day pass is 500 THB at launch (normally 650). UnReal Gym members get reduced rates and free Reset passes included with longer memberships.
What contrast therapy protocols does Reset Club use?
Three protocols are offered: Athlete (3 to 5 rounds, 15 to 20 min heat, 2 to 4 min ice, 10 min rest), Bodybuilder (2 to 4 rounds, same heat and ice), and Downshift (1 to 2 rounds, 15 min heat, 2 min cold, 15 min rest).
Are reservations required for Reset Club?
No. Reset Club currently runs first come, first served, no booking needed. Sessions are 90 minutes per booking and a shower is mandatory before entering the ice bath or sauna.

Coaches and Personal Training
Who are the founders of UnReal Gym?
UnReal Gym was co-founded by Ben (IFBB Classic Physique Pro and Master Trainer), Calum Von Moger (IFBB Pro and three-time Mr. Universe), and Ton Panon Leelamanit (Managing Director). The operating company is UnReal Sukhumvit Company Limited.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Personal training is offered in one-on-one and small-group formats. Coaches specialise in bodybuilding, powerlifting, Muay Thai, and athletic performance. To enquire, message +66 97 945 5444 on WhatsApp or email ton@unrealgymthailand.com.
Are the coaches qualified and certified?
Yes. The roster includes an IFBB Classic Physique Pro (Ben), an IPF Coach II Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach (Kaely), and ACE Certified Personal Trainers. Multiple coaches compete in their own discipline.
Can I train with a Thai-speaking coach?
Yes. Coach Gus speaks Thai fluently and is beginner-friendly. The primary working language at the gym is English, but Thai support is available for coaching and reception.
Is there a female bodybuilding or glutes specialist coach?
Yes. Coach Vic is ACE-certified, Girls Gone Strong pre and post-natal certified, and specialises in female strength and glute development. Coach Jang specialises in female bodybuilding and competition prep.

Membership and Access
What are the monthly membership prices?
Monthly memberships start at 4,800 THB for UnReal Gym (Floors 6-7). With Open Gym on Floor 8 it is 5,400 THB. Unlimited with Muay Thai is 9,900 THB. Longer plans give better per-month rates down to 3,166 THB on the 12-month UnReal Gym plan.
What is included in every membership plan?
All plans include towel service (small and large), posing room access (reserved in advance), daily locker rental, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to monthly events and seminars. InBody 570 first scan is free for monthly-plus members.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Freezes are allowed for up to 6 weeks total or 20% of the plan duration, whichever is shorter. Medical or visa-related freezes require supporting documentation submitted to reception or via email.
Are memberships refundable?
Active memberships are non-refundable as a default. Extenuating circumstances are considered with supporting evidence. All pricing and policies are stated clearly at sign-up, with no contracts buried in fine print.
Do you offer week passes or 10-day passes?
Yes. Week passes are 2,200, 2,900, or 4,200 THB depending on access tier. The 10-day pass (valid 90 days) is 4,000, 5,300, or 7,900 THB. These suit visitors and short-stay residents.

Location and Hours
What is the nearest BTS station to UnReal Gym?
Phrom Phong BTS (E5), Exit 1, is the closest. The walk from the station to the iStore Building takes about 2 minutes. EmQuartier and Emporium are next to Phrom Phong, so visitors can combine training with shopping or dining.
Is parking available at UnReal Gym?
Parking is limited at the iStore Building. The recommended way to arrive is BTS to Phrom Phong, then a 2-minute walk. Taxi, motorbike taxi, and Grab or Bolt all work; search 'iStore Building Sukhumvit 24' as the destination.
How big is UnReal Gym?
UnReal Gym is roughly 1,150 sqm across three floors (6, 7, and 8) of the iStore Building. Floor 6 is legs and powerlifting, Floor 7 is upper body and the posing room, and Floor 8 holds Muay Thai and Reset Club BKK recovery.
Is the gym air-conditioned?
Yes. All three training floors are air-conditioned throughout. This is a meaningful difference from some hardcore Bangkok gyms that limit AC to specific areas.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. Proper training attire and closed-toe shoes are required. No jeans, no sandals, no flip-flops. Standard gym etiquette applies: put weights back, do not slam plates, no phone calls in the training areas.
