The walk
Door-to-door in 7 minutes from your apartment.
Most Phrom Phong residents already know the geometry. The BTS station sits above Sukhumvit Road, the big malls (Emporium, Emquartier) sit either side, and the sois fan off perpendicular. UnReal sits on Soi 24, the one immediately south of the station.
From Exit 1 of Phrom Phong, the walk is straightforward. Right on Sukhumvit Road for about 100 metres, right into Soi 24, then maybe 60 to 80 metres along the soi until you see the iStore Building on your left. Total walking time from the station exit to the gym lift: under 2 minutes unless the Sukhumvit pedestrian traffic is bad at lunchtime.
If you live in a Phrom Phong condo (any of the buildings between Soi 22 and Soi 39 are within 15 minutes by foot), the door-to-door including the walk is typically 7 to 12 minutes. Faster than most chain gyms a few BTS stops away, even when those gyms are technically closer to your front door.
The building
Three floors. One lift.
The iStore Building gives UnReal three full floors of dedicated training space. That matters because most central Bangkok gyms have one floor and are forced to compromise on equipment mix. We did not have to compromise.
Floor 6houses reception, the merch and supplements counter, the women's changing room, the leg training area, the powerlifting bay with squat racks and deadlift platforms, and the heavy plate stock.
Floor 7is upper body. Bench stations, cable crossovers, dumbbells from 2 to 60 kg, the posing room, the men's changing room, the cardio area, the InBody 570 body composition scanner, the studio and podcast room.
Floor 8 is Muay Thai (full striking area, heavy bags, open mat) and Reset Club BKK (TylöHelo sauna, ice bath, rooftop deck).
The lift is the only floor change you make. No mezzanine half-floors. No equipment crammed into basement corners. The vertical layout is part of why each floor can specialise instead of generalising.
Amenities
What's included in the door fee.
A day pass at UnReal includes the locker, the towel (one small for hands, one large for shower), the Wi-Fi, the use of the posing room (reserve ahead), and access to the monthly events and seminars. There is no upcharge for any of these.
The InBody 570 body composition scan is 200 THB per scan, or free for monthly coaching clients and new 1-month-plus members on first scan.
Reset Club BKK on Floor 8 is a separate access (gym membership does not include unlimited Reset access), but every monthly membership tier includes free Reset passes: 1 free pass with 1-month membership, 2 free with 3 months, 3 free with 6 months, 4 free with 12 months. Day pass holders can add Reset for the bundle price (650 to 750 THB depending on tier).
Photography and personal training videos (selfies, training clips) are allowed. Commercial filming requires advance approval per the filming policy.

Common questions.
How do I walk from Phrom Phong BTS to UnReal Gym?
Exit 1 of Phrom Phong BTS. Turn right onto Sukhumvit Road heading toward Asoke. After about 100 metres, turn right into Sukhumvit Soi 24 (the soi entrance is on your right). Walk along Soi 24 for about a minute. The iStore Building is on the left, set back slightly from the road. Take the lift to Floor 6, 7, or 8.
Are there lockers?
Yes. Daily locker rental is included with all memberships and day passes. Bring a small deposit item as collateral for the key (we return it at end of session). Permanent lockers in the men's and women's changing rooms are available at 1,300 THB per month or 3,000 THB per 3 months, subject to availability.
Are there changing rooms and showers?
Yes. Men's changing room on Floor 7, women's on Floor 6. Both include showers, soap, hair dryer, deodorant. Towels are part of standard membership.
What are the gym amenities?
