Directions, in plain language.
From EmQuartier: exit on the Sukhumvit side, the side facing the BTS skywalk. Head north on Sukhumvit Road, in the direction of Asoke, for about 200 metres. Sukhumvit Soi 24 will be on your right, marked at the corner. Turn into Soi 24. UnReal is on your left after a short walk, inside the iStore Building. Take the lift to Floor 6, 7 or 8. The whole walk is five to six minutes door to door.
From Emporium: cross the connecting walkway to EmQuartier, then follow the same route. Or exit Emporium on the Sukhumvit side and walk directly. Either way, the walk is around six minutes and stays under shade for most of the route.
From Phrom Phong BTS: take Exit 1. You will land at the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 24. UnReal is 200 metres into the soi on the left. Two minutes total. The exit drops you on the same side as the gym, no road crossing required.

The lunchtime maths.
Walk time, both ways. Twelve minutes total if you are based in EmQuartier or Emporium, four minutes total from Phrom Phong BTS. That leaves a real training window inside a one hour lunch break.

Day pass option. 500 THB walk-in. You do not need to commit to a membership to use the gym on a busy work week. Convenient if your office is in the area but your home gym is somewhere else.
Reset Club for the long sessions. If you push lunch into an extended block or use it after work, Floor 8 has a sauna and ice bath one elevator ride from the floor.

Phrom Phong as a base
Why this corner of Sukhumvit attracts serious gyms.
Phrom Phong is one of the densest convergence points in Bangkok. The BTS station feeds two of the city's largest malls (Emporium and EmQuartier), the most concentrated band of expat housing on Sukhumvit (Soi 22 through Soi 39), Benjasiri Park, and a high concentration of international offices. Anyone serious about training in Bangkok ends up passing through this area daily.
UnReal chose Soi 24 specifically because it sits inside this zone but one soi off the main Sukhumvit corridor. That gives the gym a real building footprint (three floors) instead of a retail-priced storefront, while keeping the walk from the BTS under two minutes.
