Posing Room Bangkok
Bangkok's only
dedicated posing room.
Stage-quality lighting. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Private booking. The single room in Bangkok that lets you run a full posing round at full intensity. On Floor 7 of UnReal Gym, Sukhumvit Soi 24.
The room itself
Built for stage rehearsal.
A bodybuilding posing room is not a mirror in the corner of a gym. It is a controlled environment with three specific requirements: lighting that approximates what a competitor will face on stage, mirrors that show every angle simultaneously, and privacy so the practice can be done at full intensity without an audience.
The posing room on Floor 7 of UnReal Gym was built around those three constraints. The lighting rig sits at front-overhead with even spread, the kind of fixture you actually see at NPC Worldwide shows or PCA Thailand events. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors line the walls. The door closes. You get the room.
The result is that a posing round in this room feels closer to the real thing than 95 percent of rooms a competitor will rehearse in before show day. That is the point. You should not be debugging your most muscular pose on stage in front of judges. You should already know exactly how it lands.
Who uses it
From first-timer to Olympia.
The posing room serves several distinct user groups. Bangkok-based competitors prepping for regional shows. International IFBB Pros visiting Bangkok and looking for somewhere serious to rehearse. Coaching clients running through posing under coach supervision. Members tracking physique progress visually rather than purely through scale and InBody data.
It is also used by photographers and videographers (with the appropriate filming approval per the gym's filming policy) because the lighting setup is the cleanest stage approximation in central Bangkok.
What it is not used for: selfies in front of the mirrors. The room is a reserved booking, not a drop-in selfie spot. That keeps it available for the people who actually need it.

The bigger picture
Why no other Bangkok gym has one.
A posing room costs floor space. In a Bangkok commercial real estate market, floor space is the single most expensive thing a gym pays for. Most gyms cannot justify dedicating a sealed, mirror-lined room to a use case that involves maybe 5 percent of their membership at peak.
UnReal made a different decision. Because two of the co-founders are IFBB Pros, because the gym is built for the bodybuilding audience, and because the posing room is a signature differentiator that shows up in every conversation with a serious lifter, the room earns its space.
The result is a network effect. Competitors come to Bangkok and seek out the gym with a posing room. Photographers book it for shoots. Pros stop in when in town. The room is full enough at peak season that booking 24 to 48 hours ahead becomes the norm.

FAQ
Common questions.
What does a stage-quality posing room mean?
Lighting calibrated to bodybuilding stage standards (typically 5000 to 6500K, even spread from front-overhead with no harsh shadows), floor-to-ceiling mirrors on all walls so you can check every angle simultaneously, and a private booking system so you can run a full posing round without interruption.
Is the posing room only for IFBB Pros?
No. The posing room is complimentary with active UnReal Gym membership and open to any member, regardless of competition status. Olympians and IFBB Pros do use it (we have hosted several), but its primary users are members at every level from first competition to PR show.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Reservation is via the front desk or WhatsApp. We recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead during prep season (March to November in Thailand) and same-day during off-season. Sessions are private once booked.
Can I bring a posing coach?
Yes. You can book the room and bring a coach you already work with. Several of our in-house coaches (Ben, Jang, Ux) also run posing sessions for clients who want stage coaching alongside training.
What are the gym hours?
Staffed hours are 06:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week. Reset Club on Floor 8 runs 07:00 to 21:00 daily.
Where is UnReal Gym?
51 iStore Building, Floors 6 to 8, Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Bangkok 10110. Two minutes from Phrom Phong BTS Exit 1.
