Gym with Spa Bangkok

A gym with a spa,
or a spa with a gym?

UnReal is neither. It's a serious training facility with a full recovery centre built into the same building. Reset Club lives on Floor 8. Sauna, ice bath, rooftop deck. Phrom Phong BTS, two minutes away.

Why people search this

What you actually want when you search this.

When someone in Bangkok types "gym with spa" into Google, they usually mean one of two things. They want a hotel-style wellness club with a pool, sauna, steam room and a treadmill area off to the side. Or they want a serious gym that doesn't make them drive across town to recover after training. These are two very different products.

UnReal Gym is the second. We are a three-floor specialist gym on Sukhumvit Soi 24, and the spa (Reset Club BKK) is not an amenity bolted on as a marketing line. It occupies an entire floor. It runs on its own schedule, with its own passes, and members of either side can use both.

If you came here for marble lobbies and aromatherapy, this is not that. If you came here because you train hard and want a TylöHelo sauna, a 0C ice bath, and a rooftop sun deck one elevator ride from your last set, keep reading.

What Reset Club actually is

Floor 8. Built in, not bolted on.

The sauna is a real sauna. TylöHelo, the Swedish brand that supplies Olympic recovery rooms. Heated to 90C. Finnish spruce interior. Up to 12 people. This is not the dim closet your apartment building calls a sauna.

The ice bath is chiller-maintained. Two options: a 0 to 3C plunge for athletes who know the protocol, and an 11C bath for people building tolerance. Individual buckets, full body immersion. No shared tub.

The rooftop deck is functional, not decorative. Open sunrise to sunset. Loungers, plants, and a quiet end of the building. You go up there after a contrast cycle and let the body settle. No bar service, no DJ.

Changing rooms are full-spec. Lockers, showers, towels, amenities. You don't walk back to the gym floor in wet gear.

Reset Club has its own door. Non-members can walk in for a day pass without ever entering the gym side. Gym members get in via membership tier.

Why one building matters

The 15-minute rule.

Recovery science is consistent on one point: contrast therapy works best when the gap between training and the protocol is short. Twenty minutes of taxi traffic between your last set and the sauna defeats the purpose. A separate spa across town, no matter how nice, will not get used consistently.

The decision to put Reset Club on Floor 8 of the same building was not branding. It was so the people who built the gym could finish a heavy leg day, take the elevator one floor up, and be in the sauna inside ten minutes. The people who built it use it. The members use it on the same principle.

You will not find a hotel wellness club in central Bangkok with IFBB-grade hypertrophy machines and IPF-spec powerlifting racks two floors below. And you will not find a hardcore Bangkok gym with a real TylöHelo sauna and a chiller-maintained ice bath in the same building. UnReal is both, on purpose.

IFBB Classic Physique Pro, Co-Founder

Ben co-founded UnReal Gym Bangkok with a clear principle: training without recovery is half a programme. Reset Club exists because the co-founders use cold and heat protocols themselves, and wanted them in the building. He picked the TylöHelo unit, signed off on the ice bath spec, and chose the rooftop layout. If you want to know why the recovery centre looks like it does, he is the answer.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is the spa included in gym membership?

Reset Club access depends on the plan. Day Pass + Open Gym (650 THB) includes sauna and ice bath access. The Unlimited plan and annual memberships include Reset bundles. Members also get discounted standalone Reset rates.

Do I need to book Reset Club in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome during Reset hours (07:00 to 21:00 daily), but we recommend booking for peak times (18:00 to 21:00). Each session runs 90 minutes. Front desk or WhatsApp.

Is there a separate spa fee for non-members?

Yes. Reset Club day passes start at 500 THB (launch price). This covers full access to the sauna, ice bath, rooftop deck and changing rooms. No gym membership required.

What is the difference between this and a hotel spa?

A hotel spa is built for relaxation: scented oils, massage, robes. Reset Club is built for recovery: TylöHelo Finnish sauna at 90C, ice bath from 0 to 11C, structured contrast protocols. Athletes and high-stress professionals, not vacation guests.

What are the gym hours?

Staffed hours are 06:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week. Reset Club on Floor 8 runs 07:00 to 21:00 daily.

Where is UnReal Gym?

51 iStore Building, Floors 6 to 8, Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Bangkok 10110. Two minutes from Phrom Phong BTS Exit 1.
