3.Scan the authentication code
Big brands print a code or label you can verify. MuscleTech uses a SURYS optical-chip label that you check with its Verify app. Optimum Nutrition explains its own checks on its authenticity page.
4.Check the expiry date, batch print and seal
Look for a printed manufacture date, expiry date and batch code, and an intact inner seal. Optimum Nutrition notes that its powders carry dates two years apart.
5.Look up the Thai FDA (Or Yor) number
Supplements sold in Thailand should carry a Thai FDA registration number, the Or Yor (อย.) number. Search it on the FDA portal and check the product name matches the tub.
