The fitness industry is full of certified personal trainers who can run anyone through a generic programme. UnReal's coaching network is built on a different principle: every coach on the floor has a specialty, and they coach inside it.
Ben is an IFBB Classic Physique Pro and runs bodybuilding clients from off-season through stage day. Kaely is an IPF Coach II and Thai national powerlifting athlete. Vic is an ACE-certified glute and female strength specialist with pre/post-natal certification. Dennis covers strength and conditioning with daily movement integration. Gus speaks Thai fluently and runs beginner programming. Ux focuses on natural bodybuilding and form-led training. Jang specialises in female bodybuilding and prep. Rishi has 15 years of powerbuilding experience.
Calum Von Moger, IFBB Pro and three-time Mr. Universe, is a co-founder of the gym and runs limited flexible-plan sessions when in Bangkok.
The Train With Us form lets you request a coach by name, or ask for no preference and have the team match you. The expectation is that the coach you train with is the one whose specialty maps to your goal, not whoever is free.

Kaely
Certified Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach with the International Powerlifting Federation. Thai national PL athlete. Builds strength that lasts, from first platform to PR season.

ACE Certified Personal Trainer

ACE CPT, ACE Nutrition Specialist, Pre/Post-natal certified. Five plus years coaching. Specialty: female strength and glute development with one-on-one programming.

A coaching plan at UnReal includes the session, but the work that surrounds it is what makes the difference. Personalised programming. Nutrition guidance. Weekly or biweekly check-ins. Unlimited InBody 570 scans for tracking. Posing room access where relevant. A reduced 200 THB day pass for additional training time on coaching weeks.
You pick the structure that fits. Committed plans run 2x, 3x, or 4x sessions per week over 8, 12, or 24 week blocks. Flexible plans let you bank sessions and use them on a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month expiry depending on quantity. Calum's sessions are 90 days regardless of plan.

How much does a session cost?
PT pricing varies by coach, plan length, and session format (one-on-one vs small group). Send us your goals and preferred coach via WhatsApp or the contact form and we'll quote you. Coaching clients with active plans can buy day passes for 200 THB instead of the standard 500 THB.
Can I pick my coach?
Yes. Every PT enquiry asks for a preferred coach. You can also request no preference and we will match you based on your goal, schedule, and the coach's specialty.
What is included in a coaching plan?
Personalised programming, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, unlimited InBody 570 scans, and posing room access where relevant. Committed plans offer 2x, 3x, or 4x sessions per week over 8, 12, or 24 weeks. Flexible plans let you bank sessions.
Do I need to already be fit?
No. Several coaches specialise in beginners. Gus speaks Thai fluently and runs beginner-friendly programming. Vic is ACE certified for entry-level and female clients. Coaching is built around where you start, not where someone assumes you should be.
What are the gym hours?
Staffed hours are 06:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week. Reset Club on Floor 8 runs 07:00 to 21:00 daily.
Can I do a day pass without a contract?
Yes. Day passes start at 500 THB for Floors 6 to 7 access. No sign-up, no commitment. Walk in any time during staffed hours.
