Facilities

Three floors, 1,150 square metres, 75+ machines and stations, over 1,200 kilos of weight plates. Every machine on the floor is here for a reason. We are brand-agnostic, which means we buy what serious lifters actually use, not what gets us the best bulk deal.

UnReal sits on Floors 6, 7, and 8 of the iStore Building on Sukhumvit Soi 24.

Floor 6: Legs and Powerlifting

The heavy floor. Reception is here, so this is where you check in.

Strength and powerlifting:

• Competition-spec squat racks and power racks with safety straps and band pegs
• Two competition-grade comp racks and benches
• Two deadlift platforms
• Two additional dedicated squat racks
• Drop zone platform for weightlifting
• Specialist bars: Safety Squat Bar (SSB), trap bar, cambered bar
• Calibrated competition plates: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 kg
• The "scary looking cage" that keeps the unwanted away

Leg machines:

• GymLeco hack squat (exclusive to UnReal in Thailand)
• Incline leg press
• GymLeco leg equipment (Swedish-built, precision engineered)
• Dumbbells up to 50 kg

Floor 7: Upper Body

The hypertrophy floor. This is where most of the bodybuilding work happens.

Equipment:

• Squat rack and power rack for upper body work
• Full dumbbell range from 2 kg to 60 kg
• Cable crossovers
• Multiple bench stations (flat, incline, decline)
• GymLeco machines across the floor (Swedish, precision-built)
• MaxPump equipment for hypertrophy-specific stations
• "Rare gems" you will not find elsewhere: older, harder-to-source machines we kept because nothing replaces them
• Crazy selection of cable attachments
• Cardio section

Floor 8: Muay Thai and Reset Club

The combat and recovery floor. Where you strike, sweat in the sauna, and freeze in the tubs.

Muay Thai:

• Heavy bags (variety of weights)
• Speed bags
• Striking targets and pad work area
• Open mat for free practice
• Group class space

Reset Club BKK:

• TylöHelo dry sauna, Finnish spruce interior, 90 degrees C, fits up to 12 simultaneously. Towel and sauna hat service included.
• Cold plunge tubs at 0 to 3 degrees C and 11 degrees C. Chiller-maintained, filtered, sanitised.
• Rooftop deck (sunrise to sunset) with tropical greenery and uninterrupted Bangkok views
• Relaxation areas for contrast therapy
• Oversized towels, changing rooms, showers, soap, hair dryer, deodorant
• Protein shakes from UnReal Fuel Bar can be delivered up to Reset

Open Gym (Floor 8): Extra training space when 6 and 7 are busy. Accessible on + Open Gym and Unlimited plans.

Equipment Philosophy

We are brand-agnostic. That sounds like a marketing line, it is not. It means we picked every machine for what it does, not for the logo. You will see GymLeco (Swedish, precision-engineered), MaxPump, competition-grade plates, specialist bars from multiple sources, and a deliberate set of older machines we kept because no current model replicates them.

Our setup has been certified by Olympians and IFBB Pros. We get more IFBB Pro visitors per square metre than any other gym on the continent. The kit is the proof.

Posing Room

Floor 7. Bangkok's first dedicated Posing Room and still the best. Stage lighting, full-height mirrors, the works. Used by IFBB Pros prepping for shows and members who want serious progress photos. Reserve in advance at the front desk. Included on every membership.

Recovery and Amenities

• Towels (large and small) included on every membership and day pass
• Lockers available daily (collateral for key) or rentable monthly (1,300 THB / month, 3,000 THB / 3 months)
• Showers, soap, hair dryer in changing rooms on every floor
• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout
• Fuel Bar with protein shakes and supplements
• InBody 570 scans (Floor 7)

What We Do Not Have

We do not have a swimming pool. We do not have a creche. We do not have a "wellness lounge". We have training space, recovery space, and a Posing Room. Everything in the building is there because lifters use it.
