Classes and Coaching
Every class, session type, and coaching format at UnReal Gym. Muay Thai, PT, Reset Club, Posing Room.
Classes and Coaching
UnReal is built around individual training. You walk in, you put in work, you leave. Classes and coaching exist for the things that work better with structure or a teacher in the room: Muay Thai, one-on-one programming, recovery protocols, and stage prep.
Personal Training (1-on-1)
The core coaching product. You get matched with a coach in your discipline. Bodybuilding prep, powerlifting peaking, female strength, athletic performance, beginner foundations: every coach has a specialty because generalists do not produce results.
Formats:
- Committed plans: 2x, 3x, or 4x sessions per week over 8, 12, or 24 weeks. Best results, structured progression.
- Flexible plans: Buy a block of sessions, use them on your schedule.
- One-on-one or small group: Up to 3 people if you want to train with friends.
What is included:
- Custom programming
- Nutrition guide and check-ins
- Unlimited InBody 570 usage
- Day pass at 200 THB (down from 500) when you train independently
Session expiry on flexible plans:
- 10 sessions: 3 months
- 20 sessions: 6 months
- 50 sessions: 1 year
- Calum's sessions: 90 days
Pricing: Coaching is priced per coach and per format. UnReal is relaunching coaching plans, so the live menu is not on the website. Contact staff@unrealgymthailand.com or WhatsApp +66 97 945 5444 for current rates and to be matched with a coach.
Bring: Training clothes, closed-toe shoes, water, training log if you keep one. We provide towels.
See the coaches page for who teaches what.
Muay Thai
Group classes and pad work on Floor 8. UnReal is in Thailand, so we built a proper striking area: heavy bags, speed bags, open mat, and pad coaches.
Formats:
- Group classes: Multiple skill levels, scheduled across the week. Check the front desk or Instagram for the current timetable.
- One-on-one: Pad work and technique sessions with a Muay Thai coach.
- Open mat: Free practice on the floor when no class is running.
Included free in the UnReal Unlimited membership. Standalone Muay Thai day pass: 950 THB (1,050 THB peak).
Who it is for: Anyone. Beginners welcome, advanced fighters have proper pad coaches available. Wear shorts, hand wraps recommended. We sell wraps and gloves at the front desk.
Reset Club BKK
Recovery sessions on Floor 8. Reset is not a class in the gym sense, it is a protocol. 90 minutes per booking, structured around heat and cold.
The space:
- TylöHelo dry sauna, Finnish spruce, 90 degrees C, fits up to 12 people
- Cold plunge tubs at 0 to 3 degrees C and 11 degrees C
- Rooftop deck (sunrise to sunset)
- Showers, towels, hair dryer, soap
Three protocols you can pick from:
- A: Athlete. Back training faster. 3-5 rounds, 15-20 min heat, 2-4 min ice, 10 min rest.
- B: Bodybuilder. Build more, recover smarter. 2-4 rounds, 15-20 min heat, 2-4 min ice, 10 min rest.
- C: Downshift. Sharper days, deeper sleep. 1-2 rounds, 15 min heat, 2 min cold, 15 min rest.
Hours: 07:00 to 21:00 daily. Booking: No reservations needed. First come, first served. Shower is mandatory before sauna or ice bath. Bring ID for the towel service. Who teaches: Reset is self-guided. Staff are on the floor for safety and protocol questions. Coaches available on request for structured contrast therapy.
Posing Room
Bangkok's first dedicated Posing Room is on Floor 7. Stage lighting, mirrors, the works. If you are prepping for a show or just want to track progress visually, this is the room.
Use: Reserve in advance at the front desk. Included in every membership. Frequented by IFBB Pros, competition athletes, and members who want clean progress photos.
Coached posing: Available with Ben (IFBB Classic Physique Pro) and Jang (female bodybuilding and competition prep). Book through the front desk.
InBody 570 Sessions
Body composition scans on Floor 7. Not a class, but worth knowing: 200 THB single, 1,000 THB for 10 scans, free on any plan of 1 month or longer for your first scan, unlimited for coaching clients. Done in 60 seconds. Bring printed results to your coach.
