Every block includes a written programme, video form reviews so technique does not drift, nutrition and macro guidance, and a weekly WhatsApp or LINE check-in. When you are back in Bangkok, an InBody 570 scan slots into the same plan. The coach and the block carry across in person and online, so nothing resets when you move.

How does online coaching work at UnReal Gym?
You are matched with a specialist coach, you complete an onboarding call, and you get a written training programme for your block. Each week includes video form reviews, nutrition guidance, and a WhatsApp or LINE check-in. When you are in Bangkok, an InBody 570 scan is included.
Who is online coaching for?
Members who travel for work, leave Bangkok in low season, or live elsewhere and want UnReal's coaching standards remotely. It also suits people who train in their own gym but want a specialist coach behind the programming.
Can I switch between online and in-person coaching?
Yes. Many clients train in person while in Bangkok and switch to online programming when they travel. The coach and the plan carry over, so your block does not reset.
What does online coaching cost?
