Ben

Ben is a co-founder of UnReal Gym, a personal trainer, and an IFBB Professional Classic Physique competitor. He has spent the last decade coaching in Singapore, consulting for gyms across the region, and travelling to teach.

His mission is straightforward: help you train smarter, not just harder, using strategies built around real nutrition and proven training methods. Ben designs periodisation plans for natural and enhanced athletes alike, with a specific focus on stage prep and recomposition cycles.

On the floor, Ben is the gym's head programming architect. His sessions move at a high standard and assume you are here for results, not entertainment. He works best with athletes preparing for competition or anyone serious about Classic Physique aesthetics.
