Please Read the Following Terms and Conditions Carefully:

(1)  Assumption of Risks: By joining and signing this form, I acknowledge that the use of equipment, services, and programs of UnReal Gym involve inherent risks including but not limited to injury from improper use of equipment, form participation in supervised and unsupervised activities, heart attack, stroke, or other serious health conditions or accidents involving slipping and falling. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks both known and unknown.

(2)  Health Declaration: I declare that I am in good health and capable of using gym facilities. I agree to inform the staff of any change in my health status that might affect your ability to safely operate machines and exercise.

(3)  Rules and Regulations: I agree to adhere to rules and regulations posted on signboards or broadcast screens in the gym and would comply with staff instructions.

(4)  Termination: The gym reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of terms, rules and regulations or if you are considered a threat to others’ safety.

(5)  Personal Belonging: The gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lockers are provided for rental or daily use only.

(6)  Photography and Videography: Professional photography or videography for the purpose of commercial content creation is prohibited without prior written consent or permission from the management (UnReal Gym has a separate filming policy, please contact the front desk). Filming for the purpose of self-monitoring of movements or exercises is allowed but members must ensure that the recording device is not blocking walkways or others. Members may be asked to stop filming if a complaint is received. Members must also delete the footage that contains unauthorized photography of other members at request.

(7)  Maintenance and Hours: The gym reserves the right to close for maintenance, modify facility hours, change class schedule or alter equipment availability.

(8)  Membership Freeze: Members may freeze their membership for a maximum of 6 weeks or 20% of the duration of their subscribed package. Medical or visa-related freeze requires documentation.

(9)  All sales are considered final and are not refundable: Extenuating circumstances may qualify for refunds with sufficient supporting evidence. 

(10)       Prevailing Language: English and Thai are considered prevailing languages. Failure to understand the Terms and Conditions and Rules in these two languages is not considered a valid contention.

(11)  Liability Waiver: I hereby release UnReal Gym, its owners, employees, agents from liability for: personal injury, property loss or damage, death arising from use of the facilities whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
