Gym Rules
- Re-Rack Your Weights Or Get Kicked Out – no excuses, no exceptions.
- Leave Your Ego Outside – respect the space and others.
- No Phone Calls On The Gym Floor – keep the focus.
- Proper Shoes Only – no sandals or slippers allowed.
- Respect The Equipment – wipe off your sweat and don’t slam weights.
- Heavy Deadlifts On Platform Only – don’t slam weights & clean off chalk
- Train Hard, Stay Disciplined, and Shatter Records
3-Strike Rule : each customer will get three warnings.
The final warning will result in immediate termination of membership or permanent ban across our gym and hospitality networks.
- Strike 1 : The customer will be warned to immediately stop violating the rule and may be asked to immediately leave our property on that day.
- Strike 2 : The customer will be immediately asked to immediately leave our property and ban for 1 week.
- Strike 3 : The customer will be banned permanently and if found that violation by the customer was part of the published rules across sign boards and broadcast screens in the gym or clearly printed on the customers terms and conditions upon joining, a refund will not be issued.
Refusal to leave the property within a reasonable time will result in a trespassing charge according to Section 362 of the Thai Criminal Law Act. Our police district is Thonglor Metropolitan Police Station.
