Filming Crew Policy
At BPC, we strive to create a welcoming and distraction-free environment for all our members. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their workouts without disruption, we have established the following policy regarding members who wish to bring filming crews into the gym:
- Prior Approval Required
Members must obtain prior written approval from gym management before bringing any filming crew into the facility.
Requests must be submitted at least 2 days in advance and include details such as the purpose of filming, the size of the crew, and the duration of the shoot. - Crew Size Limitations
Filming crews are limited to a maximum of 4 to minimise disruption to other members.
Large-scale productions or professional filming setups are not permitted during regular gym hours. - Restricted Filming Areas
Filming is only allowed in designated areas approved by gym management.
Filming in locker rooms, restrooms, or other private areas is strictly prohibited unless otherwise approved by gym management. - Member Privacy
The privacy and comfort of all gym members must be respected at all times.
Filming other members without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Any complaints from members regarding privacy violations may result in immediate termination of filming privileges. - Noise and Equipment Restrictions
Filming crews must keep noise levels to a minimum and avoid disrupting the gym environment.
Large or obstructive equipment (e.g., tripods, lighting rigs, etc.) is not allowed unless specifically approved by management. - Liability and Damages
Members and their filming crews are responsible for any damages caused to gym property during filming.
The gym is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during filming. - Time Restrictions
Filming is only permitted during off-peak hours or at times specified by gym management.
Filming sessions must not exceed the approved time limit. - Fees or Other Arrangements
A filming fee may apply to cover the use of gym space and any additional staff required to supervise the session. Fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Management may waive fees in cases where the gym is compensated or arranged through other means such as but not limited to social media promotion. - Management Discretion
Gym management reserves the right to deny or revoke filming privileges at any time if the activity is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension or termination of gym membership. - Acknowledgment and Notice on Personal Protection Laws of Thailand
Members bringing filming crews must sign an acknowledgement form agreeing to abide by this policy before filming begins.
Warning: Thai PDPA Laws dictate that filming or publication of a third party revealing their faces, identities, or other personal information without consent is considered a criminal act and punishable by law with up to THB 200,000 and/or 10 years in prison. The PDPA law in Thailand is taken seriously and is among the world’s harshest privacy laws.
By adhering to this policy, we can maintain a positive and respectful environment for all gym members. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
